Approvals are authorized by your retailer of purchase. Refunds, when approved, are issued by the retailer: card purchases to the same card; cash purchases by mail, or to a debit card entered through the retailer's secure refund process, per that retailer's policy. Retun never collects card numbers.

Approvals are authorized by your retailer of purchase. Retun does not approve returns. Example: a $50 item at 65% = $32.50 to the consumer; the retailer keeps its wholesale cost. Retun charges the retailer 4–7% of the return amount; the consumer pays $0. Fee starts at 7%; tier thresholds are not fixed yet.
